Location for opera-theatre and city center ideal
Food and drink facility within the hotel is high!! Luckily there are quite a few cafes and restaurant's nearby which do not charge a lot for meals. If you ask hotel members to call a taxi price is higher than if you call taxi direct.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered good food and value. Room service was prompt and the food was of high quality. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and special dishes could be ordered. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. WiFi was free and mostly reliable. a pleasant experience.

Clean,comfortable, secure, and in great central/downtown area. Not luxurious, but nice enough for a reliable and comfortable place in a good location. Staff was professional and spoke and understood English well enough which was tremendously helpful. Breakfast was good and included in rate.
No complaints. What was expected for the most part after reading the reviews, and would stay there again. Rate was comparable to other hotels in the area (actually a bit better) for a western visitor, although a similar rate would have bought you much more in the U.S. - the supply and demand side of economics as well as customer demographics are understood pretty well in Ukraine. In any event, being a foreigner who was not fluent in the local language it was worth it. Ultimately, you get what you pay for and good things typically aren't cheap.

continental hotel in odessa exceeded my expectations during our group visit. the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. definitely recommend it for families and business travelers.
Elevator was slow.

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, close to the Opera House, restaurants, and nightlife. The room is spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is well-equipped and the shower is great. The hotel staff is amazing, providing professional and courteous service. The breakfast buffet has a good selection, and there are a variety of facilities available, such as a fitness room and a VIP sauna. The hotel offers transfer service, although it is slightly more expensive.
